Periwinkle

Periwinkle is a small edible marine snail that can be in many parts of the world. However, they are considered a delicacy in most African and Asian cuisines. It is used in several delicacies like Edikang Ikong and Afang soup in Nigeria. Our periwinkle meat is dried, cleaned, no-shell, free of sand or dirt, high in protein and of course, sumptuous.
